The process of the secondary sand and gravel production line is roughly as follows: (silo) — vibrating feeder — jaw crusher — impact crusher — circular vibrating screen — sand making machine — wheel bucket sand washing machine — fine sand recycling machine — finished products of various specifications. The machines are connected by belt conveyor, and the finished sand and gravel of various specifications are gradually produced from behind the circular vibrating screen.

The large ore is evenly sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing by the vibrating feeder. The coarse broken materials are sent to the impact crusher for crushing and shaping by the belt conveyor, and then transported to the vibrating screen for screening. The materials meeting the particle size requirements of the finished product are respectively transported to the finished product area (stone) or wheel bucket sand washer for cleaning, After cleaning, the finished product is output by the finished product conveyor belt, which is the finished product of machine-made sand; There is some lost fine sand in the wastewater discharged by the sand washing machine. A fine sand recovery machine is configured at the end to recover the fine sand (the recovery rate can reach more than 90%), and the recovered fine sand can be transported to the finished machine-made sand area through the finished machine-made sand belt; After screening, the materials (larger blocks) that do not meet the particle size requirements of the finished product are returned from the vibrating screen to the sand making machine for reprocessing, forming a closed-circuit multiple cycles. The granularity of finished products can be combined and graded according to the needs of users. If dry production process is selected, coarse and fine powder separator and dust removal equipment can be equipped.
